Within me there is a CEO, a coach, an adventurer and a mystic. There's an entrepreneur with $100m+ of deals under his belt. There's a consumer marketing expert who's won all the awards, worked with all the big brands and knows it doesn't matter. Then, there is a gardener, wilderness guide, creative, festival producer, zen practitioner and trained spiritual caregiver who attends to the sick and dying through hospice volunteering. We contain multitudes.
Beyond the resume
I spent a decade building iStrategyLabs, a global digital agency, from zero to acquisition. And a 25,000 person tech community and 12,000 person tech festival along the way.
I know what it feels like to have the weight of 100+ employees on your shoulders. I know the thrill of winning $100m+ of deals with the Fortune 500. And I know the quiet loneliness and exhaustion of the marathon. After selling my company, I realized that the hardest part of leadership wasn't the strategy, it was managing one's internal landscape.
Today, I work with founders, CEOs and leaders in transition who are ready to leverage their drive into a more sustainable and joyful way of leading. I bring my experience as an entrepreneur, vast network, and my training in Zen, hospice, IFS, gestalt and NLP to every conversation.
